Antique / Vintage Ikebana Basket Vase – Bamboo JAPAN? 8"

Description

This is a nice lacquered bamboo Ikebana basket  vase. I am unable to tell you the age or origin. It measures approx. 8″ high by 7″ wide at its middle. The opening has a  5″ diameter. The woven bottom has a diameter of 4″. It’s in great condition with a good look . There is a bend at the rim where it is splintering a little and a few splits in some of the wider bamboo pieces.
